We frequently survey our customers to better understand their experiences, needs and expectations. Surveys are conducted by phone and online to help us improve customer service.
Should you choose to participate in a customer survey, know that your personal responses and opinions remain completely confidential. Survey results are only reported in aggregate – this means your responses are combined with those of everyone else and never individually disclosed. None of the information you provide will be placed on your customer file.

MPI Service Centre Surveys
Customers visiting MPI Service Centres and Claim Centres will have the opportunity of taking a brief survey to provide their feedback about their experience at the centre.
Your feedback will help us enhance the customer experience at our centres.
You can access the survey through QR codes posted at the service centres and claim centres. The code can be scanned using your phone’s camera or a QR code reader. Once the QR code is scanned, a link will appear to a URL that begins with https://apps.mpi.mb.ca/cx/voc/, followed by a specific location indicator. This can be opened in your phone’s browser.
Separate QR codes are available to access either the English or French version of the survey.
Online surveys
Some customers may receive an invitation by email to participate in a survey related to their personal experience. We appreciate your consideration and hope you are able to share your thoughts and experiences with us.
These emails have the subject line “We want your feedback on (topic)”. They indicate they are sent by Manitoba Public Insurance from the email address [email protected]. Interceptum is MPI’s online survey platform that is used to send invitations to our customers. The email also contains a link to the Interceptum website that will read: https://interceptum.com/ followed by a code that is unique to each recipient.
Customers are randomly selected to participate. Sorry, but you cannot volunteer to take part.

Telephone surveys
We also survey customers by telephone. These are conducted by third-party survey companies on our behalf. If you do agree to participate in a telephone survey, your responses will help shape our products and services. Customers are randomly selected to participate. Responses are completely confidential.

Voice of the Customer ePanel
The panel is a randomly selected group that provides ongoing feedback to help shape the future of MPI products and services.
MPI has been contacting customers by email to obtain their consent to participate in ongoing feedback and surveying opportunities. These emails contain the subject line “MPI Voice of the Customer ePanel” and will be sent from the Interceptum Support email address [email protected].
Frequently asked questions
How can I tell that a survey email actually came from MPI?
There are a few ways to tell that the email you received is from Manitoba Public Insurance:
- The email you receive will indicate that it is from Manitoba Public Insurance, with an email address of [email protected]. Interceptum is MPI’s online survey platform and is used to send survey invitations.
- The subject line of a survey email will begin “We want your feedback on (survey topic)”. In the case of an ePanel invitation, the subject line will read “MPI Voice of the Customer ePanel.”
- To verify you received an invitation, you can call MPI at 204-985-7000 (toll-free at 1-800-665-2410) or reply to your survey email to contact MPI’s Customer Research team.
How did you get my email address?
You previously provided Manitoba Public Insurance with your email address so that we could contact you. We are contacting you to ensure we have your consent to continue. You are under no obligation to participate.
Is the survey confidential?
Yes, all our surveys are confidential. Your individual responses are reported only in aggregate form. This means your responses will be combined with those of everyone else and never individually disclosed. None of the information you provide will be placed on your customer file or used for any other purpose than to help us improve products and services.
I do not want to receive this email. How can I be removed from your mailing list?
If you do not want to be contacted by email in the future, please reply to your survey invitation with the subject line “DO NOT EMAIL.” We will remove you from our email contact list immediately.
How often does Voice of the Customer ePanel ask for feedback?
If you consent to participate, you can expect to receive a survey at least every couple of months. Typically, surveys will take anywhere from five to 15 minutes. Each survey invitation will include an estimate of the time expected to complete it.
Is there any compensation for participating?
No, participants do not receive compensation.
I no longer live in Manitoba. Can I still participate?
No, participation is limited to current Manitoba Public Insurance customers. If your vehicle is no longer registered with Manitoba Public Insurance and you no longer live in Manitoba, please reply to your survey invitation to be removed from our contact list.
